Our barn is getting a facelift with new stalls!

 

The new stalls are to put in before the spring semester begins, and the equine students

are working hard to help get the barn ready for instillation. The old stalls had to be

removed, the floors had to be re-leveled and packed down, and everything cleaned up. Everyone

is very excited about the new stalls since the old dividers were about 27 years old and the fronts

about 21 years old; and definitely showing their age and use.

We now have brand new Priefert stalls, stall mats, and the whole barn has been repainted

and we even have a CSC Equine logo on two of the walls!

The stalls all have a packed layer of limestone in the bottom under the mats.

We had to cut the mats to fit in the stalls just right.

The new feeders make feed crew a breeze!

Some fresh shavings are the final touch to our new stalls.
