C-Key: Week 1 and 2

The CSC IT Systems Department, along with several students from on-campus organizations such as Phi Theta Kappa and President’s Leadership Class, setup booths at three campus locations to assist students with their activating their C-Key accounts. Booths were located at:

  • Warner Campus, Education Building, 1st Floor East Entrance
  • Downtown Campus, 1st Floor Lobby
  • Port Campus, South Main Entrance

At the end of the day, Friday, August 26 (two weeks after classes began), we were able to get our C-Key activation percentage to 89.19%. This means that almost 90% of our currently enrolled students have successfully activated their C-Key account! We are proud that most of our students were able to activate successfully but we realize that there are still 10% that have not.

So, if you or someone you know has not activated, please do so as soon as possible. C-Key is beneficial for the following reasons:

  • Email is the official method of communication at CSC. Setting up a C-Key account also helps you create your CSC email account.
  • You must have C-key credentials to access all of CSC’s technology systems (Blackboard, Email, SIS, Wifi, etc.).
  • Setup your emergency notification information (i.e. emergency cell phone number for emergency text and voice). This is valuable for us to contact you in the event of an emergency on campus. Your safety is our top priority!

As always, for help with C-Key visit:

Our C-Key FAQ page to find answers to our most popular questions.

Our C-Key Login Matrix page to find the exact credentials you use for a particular CSC technology system.

The C-Key website to activate your account, login to your account to change settings, or reset your account.
