We have often heard that some individuals are experiencing some wait times when submitting help requests. This is often due to the fact that we work on tickets as a first-come, first-serve basis. If we have not answered your request within a reasonable amount of time, please reply and let us know. However, please be patient. We have four employees answering requests for approximately 2,500 students and 250 employees. That is a 687.5:1 ratio. Please understand that we do our best to respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible but also, we ask that you exhibit a bit of patience because it can take some time for us to answer all inquiries, especially during the first two weeks of courses and the last two weeks of courses.
