Standard Quads (Pictures)

  • Single unit with four private bedrooms and shared living space (Equipped with full-size beds)
  • Common area living room (Equipped with Cable TV)
  • Every student gets there own vanity equipped with a sink and cabinet
  • Two showers, and two bathrooms
  • Laundry facility, computer lab, and lounge available at Miller’s Crossing Clubhouse
  • Cost: $2,112.00 per semester
  • Application Fee: $55.00 (Non-refundable and due with application)

 

Family Housing Apartments

Must be married or have children (Must provide proof)

Note: No more than four people can occupy family living space

  • Single unit with two bedrooms (Equipped with full-size beds)
  • Living Room (Equipped with Cable TV)
  • Kitchen (Equipped with all appliances including refrigerator and microwave)
  • Single bathroom with shower and tub in-one
  • Laundry facility, computer lab and lounge available at Miller’s Crossing Clubhouse
  • Cost: $3,335.00 per semester
  • Application Fee: $125.00 (Non-refundable and due with application)

 

McClarren Hall (Boys Roll-Over Community Dorm)

Note: All baseball players are in this dorm

  • Double-Occupancy rooms (Equipped with two twin beds)
  • Community Showers and Bathrooms (Each room has it’s own sink as well)
  • Student Lounge (Equipped with Cable TV and Games)
  • Laundry Facility are available in dorm
  • Cost: $1004.00 per semester
  • Application Fee: $55.00 (Non-refundable and due with application)

 

Internet and Telephone

All housing comes equipped with Internet capability and some WiFi capability as well

One telephone jack is available in each room. If a student chooses, he or she will purchase their own telephone service through Cross Telephone Services.
