WOMEN’S BASKETBALL CAMP-Connors State College Head Women’s Basketball Coach Eddie Kite and staff will be hosting an Overnight and Day Summer Basketball Camp for young basketball enthusiasts from elementary ages through high school ages. Campers will be drilled in the fundamentals that will help them continue to improve their individual skills and overall knowledge of the game. BE A CHAMP CATTLE AND SHEEP CAMPS–  In its 31st year, students learn how to groom and show cattle and sheep for livestock shows. The camp is sponsored by State Representative and former Connors Ag Instructor, Jerry McPeak. The camp draws about 500 kids over the five summer sessions. Cattle camp sessions are June 6-9, June 28-July 1 and July 8-11. Lamb Camps are June 28-July 1 and July 8-11. The cost is $325 per session.

GEAR-UP NATURE CAMPS-Students can encounter the outdoors at the Wilderness Adventure at Connors State College.  Two sessions will run June 2-7 and June 9-14. The camp is open for students going into the ninth, 10th and 11th grades. The FREE campus are part of the Summer Institutes program sponsored by the Oklahoma Regents for Higher Education’s GEAR UP program.Camp participants will be housed at the Connors State College Millers Crossing complex. Most of the time will be spent at the College’s 1300 acre ranch south of Warner. Students will get to experience numerous nature activities, such as research projects on two lakes, monitoring a burying beetle as part of a federally licensed census project, and the handling of snakes and spiders. TRADITION IN EXCELLENCE LIVESTOCK JUDGING CAMP– Head Coach, Brandon Gunn will host a Livestock Judging Camp covering the evaluation of market and breeding of cattle, swine, sheep and goats as well as oral reason.
