Eligibility

Requirements

  • Must have served for more than 180 days of active duty (including training) OR

  • Released from active duty because of a service-connected disability AND

  • Have less than 60 college hours

  • All discharges accepted with the exception of dishonorable (Provide DD 214)

  • Veterans must be one or the following:

    • First generation (mother of father did not graduate from a 4-year institution)

    • Be considered low-income by Federal guidelines
