No, the Veterans Upward Bound Program is strictly for veterans.

Are there VA work study jobs available?
Yes, Veterans Administration allows for one work study at the Veterans Upward Bound  Muskogee CSC location. As well, the Veterans Administration  in Muskogee has multiple positions open for work study at the Federal Building .

Does Veterans Upward Bound assist with my tuition and fee’s?
Yes, Veterans Upward Bound has funds to assist qualified veterans entering into higher education. Funds, however, are limited.
