Get Familiar with our New 3CX VoIP System & Yealink Phone
To help you get comfortable with the new platform, please review this quick video tutorial on How to use basic calling functions with 3CX on a Yealink handset.
This short walkthrough covers everyday 3CX functions you will use starting Monday, including:
- Navigating the 4 Dynamic Soft Keys along the bottom of the screen that change based on your active call status.
- How to Transfer Calls seamlessly using both attended (speaking with your colleague first) and blind transfers.
- Setting up Quick Conference Calls with multiple internal or external parties simultaneously.
- Managing Hold and Shared Parking Lines so you can easily juggle multiple incoming lines without losing a caller.
