Honors Program

Honors Program


The Connors State College (CSC) Honors Program was established to provide eligible students the opportunity to engage more deeply in their courses and the campus community and to grow in confidence and resilience. Honors students also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with instructors to develop individualized Honors Projects both in class and in the Reading and Seminar Series.

 

Eligibility:

  • Incoming freshmen
    • 3.25 unweighted GPA
    • ACT composite score of 20 or higher
  • Current CSC student or transfer student
    • Completed at least 12 college credit hours
    • 3.25 or higher cumulative college GPA

Requirements to Graduate with Honors:

  • Complete three course-embedded Honors projects (at least one outside major)
  • Complete Honors Reading Series and Seminar Series with projects
  • Public presentation of one project
  • Maintain overall 3.25 GPA
