Boots & Bow Ties Gala is Connors State College ’s exclusive gala benefiting student scholarships. The 1st annual event is September 24th, 2022. The Saturday event promises to be an evening of fun, friendship and food. Expected events include the Building Futures Reception, banquet, silent auction and musical entertainment. All proceeds benefit student scholarships at Connors State College.
All sponsorship levels remain open at this time. If event specific sponsorships are not secured prior to the gala, CSC reserves the right to adjust or eliminate elements of the evening. All sponsorships are tax deductible. CSC Development Foundation is a registered 501c-3 EIN 73-1096349
COVID NOTICE: Location is pending due to a desire to safely accommodate health precautions. It will likely be held at the port in Muskogee or at the Civic Center. Tables will be spaced to provide added safety to guests. Each element of the event will ideally be spaced in a separate area to minimize close contact. Silent auction items will be listed for review prior to the event to reduce congestion in auction bid lines. Guests will be asked to forgo attending the gala if they are experiencing any COVID symptoms. Masks will be made available upon entry. Accommodations for at-risk populations will be made as requested to include more remote seating options or bid assistance.
