Connors State College conducts one commencement ceremony a year, in May. December and summer graduates are invited to participate in the ceremony. Those desiring to do so much indicate this information on the Application for Graduation at the time of application. Students may participate in the May commencement ceremony if they are within 6 credits of all degree requirements and the hours are fulfilled during the summer term at Connors State College. Students desiring to transfer credits back to Connors State College for graduation must receive prior approval from the Vice President for Academic Affairs by completing a request form in the Admissions Office.
Since Connors State College does not hold a summer commencement ceremony, students who meet the graduation requirements to graduate at the end of the summer are invited to participate in the spring commencement ceremony.
Graduating students must settle all financial obligations with Connors State College. The College is authorized to withhold diplomas and transcripts for any outstanding financial fees reported by a department of the College.
