Question 1: Who can take the Anatomy & Physiology Challenge Exam?
Answer 1: You must be an LPN who is applying to the Career Ladder Program.
Question 2: How do I register for the HESI Anatomy & Physiology Challenge Exam?
Step 1. You will create an “Evolve” account. Go to http://evolve.elsevier.com, select Login, and then select Create Account. You will use this account to take your exam. You will login using your “Evolve” username to take the exam. The username is NOT your email address.
Step 2. You will need to call Tracy Lieblang at 918-684-5436 to schedule a time to come take this exam.
Question 3: What should I bring with me to the testing site?
Answer 3: A valid photo ID, and your cashier check or money order for the exam.
Question 4: How many points do I need to pass the HESI Anatomy & Physiology Challenge Exam?
Answer 4: 800 points (refer to advisement material).
Question 5: When do I see my results?
Answer 5: Results will be given following the test. Results can also be picked up in the nursing department.
