Students who are dissatisfied with the institution’s final resolution of their complaint may submit an appeal of the institution’s action by following the directions below.
- Students who are located in Oklahoma attending classes either in-person or online, or who are located in California attending classes online should contact the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education (OSRHE).
- Students who are located in a U.S. state, district, or territory outside Oklahoma (except California) and are taking ALL classes online are attending the institution through the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (SARA). These students should contact OSRHE SARA Student Complaints, or the SARA State Portal Entity of the state where the student is located.

- Accreditor: All students may file an appeal with the institution’s accreditor, The Higher Learning Commission.
