The office of Student Support Services is a new federally funded program
designed to meet the special needs of the student. The program
goal is to improve the retention and graduation rate of targeted
students. The main emphasis of the program is to provide a special
environment in which students can come for assistance in meeting their
academic, personal, career, and social needs.
Who Qualifies?
You must be enrolled as a CSC student and you must
belong to one of the following student groups:
- First-generation college student (neither parent has a 4-year
college degree)
- Financially disadvantaged
- Students with documented disabilities
How to Receive Services?
Complete the SSS
application online and hand deliver the application to either SSS
Office.
OR
Stop by our office:
Warner Campus, Gatlin Hall Room 138, M-F 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Muskogee Downtown Campus, 302A, Office hours posted
outside office door.
Complete the SSS
application/intake form and discuss which services will be most
beneficial and appropriate for your needs.
The SSS Staff will evalute this
information along with your application and if you meet the federally
mandated criteria and ability to benefit, the SSS office will contact
you and together we will implement the best available strategy to meet
your overall needs.
